Joshua Wang is a grade 4 student at Elementary School in New Westminster. He has been studying piano since he was 5 years old with Flavio Formigoni. He is currently in RCM Grade 10 piano.

In 2021 he won the RCM Regional Gold Medal for achieving the highest piano exam mark in the BC/Yukon region with 96% on his grade 3 exam.
